Darienne is a Senior Associate in the firm practising in personal injury litigation and commercial and corporate law.
Darienne’s personal injury litigation experience has included managing workers compensation and Common Law industrial accident claims. Darienne has acted in both small and large litigious matters, providing pre-litigation advice to both insurers and employers throughout New South Wales. She has conducted matters in the Compensation, District and Supreme Courts in New South Wales.
Darienne works closely with employers, advising them not only on litigated matters, but also on consequential industrial relations and occupational health and safety issues. Her practice has also focused on a number of large employers, who require regular contact and advice relating to claims management, industrial relations issues and occupational health and safety.
Darienne’s commercial experience is mainly focused in the areas of leasing, associated commercial transactions and commercial litigation.
Darienne was admitted to practice in 1996 and holds a Diploma in Law from the Legal Practitioners Admissions Board.
